It started with courage.
The courage to step out and to do things differently.

  • The Lion

    Represented by the Mane in Feather & Mane, the Lion has been part of my family for as long as I can remember. It stood for the qualities that make life meaningful.

    Courage / Strength / Protection / Loyalty

    Those weren’t just ideas, they were expectations.

  • The Phoenix

    Then came the Phoenix. A different kind of strength. One shaped by experience and growth, and the ability to rise again and again. She stands for:

    Compassion / Honesty / Grace / Resilience

    Where the Lion stands firm, the Phoenix rises. Together, they represent both who we are and who we’re becoming.

  • The Ensō

    The Lion’s Mane is reflected in the imperfect circle within our logo, an Ensō.


    It represents the beauty of imperfection and the interconnectedness of life. That nothing we build, whether it’s a company, a relationship, or a safety program, will ever be perfect. But it can be honest. And it can be strong.

  • The Ampersand

    At the center is the “&”.

    The ampersand matters. It represents unity. Connection. Collaboration.

    The idea that the best work is never done alone.
