A Certified Safety Professional with years of experience helping organizations across Texas, the US, Canada, and Mexico navigate complex EHS challenges, Chris sets the tone for everything we do and stays involved in the work every step of the way.

Stephanie brings over 30 years of environmental consulting experience, with deep expertise in Texas air permitting and regulatory strategy. Since 1993, she has supported a wide range of industries from manufacturing and energy to semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and military operations.

She is known for developing defensible permitting strategies and guiding clients through complex regulatory requirements with clarity and confidence. Her work includes everything from Permits by Rule and NSR permitting to Title V programs, emissions calculations, and compliance reporting.

Stephanie helps clients navigate the details, avoid costly missteps, and build environmental programs that hold up under scrutiny.

Senior Consultant

Jennifer is an experienced EHS professional with more than 18 years of helping organizations align safety and environmental strategies with business operations. She brings a thoughtful, systems-based approach to integrating EHS into everyday work.

She excels at improving safety performance, managing regulatory and operational risk, and partnering across teams to support operational excellence. Jennifer is known for translating complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.

A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), she serves as a trusted resource for clients, helping them protect their people, the environment, and their long-term success.

Senior Consultant

Cheryl brings a steady, people-first approach to her role as Senior Consultant at Feather & Mane. With more than 21 years of service in the USAF and USPHS and nearly three decades as a registered nurse, she understands what it means to care for people in high-stakes environments.

Her experience spans safety and environmental work as well, including years managing site health and safety programs and serving as a Health Services Administrator. Cheryl is known for her approachable style and ability to connect with teams while keeping programs effective and compliant.

Backed by training and certifications in OSHA, RCRA, DOT, and HAZWOPER, she helps clients build systems that protect people and support the work being done every day.

Consultant

Anthony brings a practical, people-centered approach to safety and environmental consulting. With an MBA and over a decade of experience in industrial operations and HR, he understands how to integrate EHS into the day-to-day realities of running a business.

Based in San Antonio, Anthony focuses on building solutions that feel natural for teams to adopt, not forced or overly complicated. He is especially effective at bridging communication gaps and developing bilingual programs that support both people and productivity.

His goal is simple: make safety and environmental responsibility part of how work gets done, not something separate from it.

Elizabeth brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and human-centered thinking to her work. She began her career as a chemical plant engineer in oil & gas, chemical, and high-tech industries—and still stays connected to the technical work she loves.

Over time, she realized that strong systems alone aren’t enough. Real success comes from understanding people. That insight led her to focus on the intersection of engineering, psychology, organizational culture, and business performance.

With more than 25 years of experience, Elizabeth has worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies and the U.S. Military. She’s known for helping teams solve complex challenges in a way that actually sticks, combining technical knowledge with a practical, engaging approach.

She believes in being straightforward, bringing energy to her work, and creating training and solutions that people actually enjoy and remember.
